The selection was made to address UW-Eau Claire’s need to automate workflow and approval of key payroll, personnel and human resources forms. The University expects to begin deploying its initial group of forms based on Workflow Director in early May, as it concurrently evaluates Lean manufacturing and the value stream mapping process.
